Decision Analytics announces the launch of the Luxembourg domiciled Next Generation Absolute Return UCITS SICAV and UCITS Fund of Funds

Decision Analytics Advisory Partners A.G., a Swiss based advisory firm, in collaboration with a number of entrepreneurial firms and individuals, has announced the launch of the Next Generation Absolute Return UCITS venture. The venture collaborators include:
* Luxembourg based
o Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild Europe and
o Lemanik Asset Management,
* Swiss based
o Secquaero Advisors and
o Plexus Investments and
* German based investment manager
o Acatis Investments

Collectively they bring together a unique combination of specialized skills and experience resulting in a 'funds family' product range offering investors access to high quality absolute return, UCITS compliant, versions of proven and successful non-UCITS funds, managed by carefully selected third party specialized/boutique investment management firms.

Decision Analytics is also pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Friedman to their board of advisors and to the Next Generation SICAV board of directors. As former head of American Express Bank's American Express Funds and World Express Funds SICAV business (which as early as 2005 brought hedge fund like strategies into the UCITS framework), Bob brings vast and relevant experience and will focus his efforts on developing, executing and managing the SICAV distribution strategy.

In addition to technical expertise the venture offers:
* A Legal structure (UCITS III SICAV umbrella fund)
* An operating framework (including risk management, compliance and acting in an investment management capacity if necessary)
* Access to initial capital (seed) if required via the Next Generation Absolute Return UCITS Fund of Funds
* SICAV marketing to institutional investors on a private placement basis in select regions and to retail investors via a number of public distribution channels
During the first quarter of this year, a number of SICAV sub-funds, advised by pre-selected third party managers will be launched. These include the Next Generation Absolute Return UCITS Fund of Funds as well as the following range of products and strategies; insurances linked securities, global macro asset allocation, emerging markets and managed futures.

During 2010, Decision Analytics will continue to conduct due diligence and select new funds and their managers for the Next Generation SICAV allowing the 'funds family' to grow and product range to expand to a minimum of 12 sub-funds by the end of 2010.
